Sharper error-catching, more file types

  • Chat and Max Mode run on upgraded AI models. In our tests on real modeling errors, chat now catches mistakes it used to miss, such as a cash flow with no debt service.
  • Upload Outlook emails (.msg). Older and macro-enabled Office files (.xls, .xlsm, .doc) are now accepted in zips, email, and chat, not just the upload page. Converted copies don't keep macros.
  • A chat keeps running when you move to another page in Apers, instead of being cut off.
  • Models downloaded to Excel get fixes for formulas that Excel evaluates differently from the web, including array formulas and IRR/XIRR.
  • Deal summaries now show the asking price and cap rate stated in the documents.

Voice input, web pages, bigger uploads

  • Dictate messages with the microphone button in chat.
  • The agent can open and read web pages, and cites them as sources.
  • Search the whole data room at once for a term, clause, or number.
  • PDFs up to 100 MB, and .zip uploads are unpacked into their files and folders.
  • Deal share links show a preview card, and can require recipients to accept a confidentiality agreement before they get a copy.
