The output is not random. It is a probabilistic assembly of learned components weighted by their frequency and co-occurrence in the training data.
Critically, the LLM does not execute calculations. It writes formulas that Excel will execute. Cell C15 might contain =C10*(1+$B$5). The AI generated that formula text. Getting a model that matches your exact standards requires multiple rounds of feedback.
Fifth, no institutional memory exists. Each prompt is stateless. If you generated a model yesterday and want to modify it today, you must re-upload the file or re-describe the entire structure. The AI does not "remember" your previous models. Some platforms are building session memory, but it remains limited.
